We have walked the path of depending on services which turned out to be undependable, and decided no more, and began a company that would offer customers what we would expect. Our goal is simple; it is to offer a service and hosting solution that caters to the success of our clients business and to insure that each client on our server is legitimate and poses no danger or threat that would interrupt our clients business (i.e. spammers, hackers, unauthorized software distributors, pornographers, etc). We welcome all legal business, including already existing websites looking for a solution closer to home, or a more caring attutitude.
- Our servers are NOT located out of the US, as many cheap hosts are.
- We are knowledgeable in our industry and our business. If for some reason we cannot provide what you are looking for, we can refer you to a trustworthy company that can.
- Our business is not a "hobby" like many hosting services you may run across these days. Our business is not an attempt to cash in on the dot com revolution to profit at the expense of the unknowledgeable - it is to provide true service and support that allows our customers to "set it and forget it" with no worries.
- We DO NOT "sublease" or "rent" space on a server someone else owns (many hosting "hobbiests" do this, renting space from large server farms at a nominal price. This is why you might find "cheap" hosting prices that seem to good to be true - and they usually are. You never know what other type company might be hosted where your business is, and it could be something that endangers the viability of your site and YOUR business!). The only websites / companies we host are the ones that WE allow and have personally interviewed!
- We know our business, and have spent years learning it. We do not give away our services so that we can nickel and dime you to death over the small stuff. (Remember that with free there are always strings attached!)
- We KNOW and RESPECT that your customers are your customers. We never collect data from your visitors and customers and use it for our own profit.
- Access to our servers are restricted to Lorri Nevil (owner), Jeff Donchez (server techinician and programming partner) and our 24/7 data center.
- Your website is NEVER in danger from any other client that we host, because we "interview" our clients before accepting them.
